Isaiah Livers announced on Monday afternoon that he was declaring for the NBA Draft but leaving the option open to return. The 6-foot-7 forward has until early June to decide whether to remain in the NBA Draft, but his decision is the first major offseason domino to fall in Ann Arbor.
