Michigan added its third transfer commitment of the offseason as Wake Forest wing Chaundee Brown announced his pledge to the Wolverines today.
Brown averaged 12.1 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game for Wake Forest last year. He was a three-year starter for the Demon Deacons and a former top-50 recruit. He has one year of eligibility remaining and has to sit out the 2020-21 season unless he receives a transfer waiver.
Brown’s waiver case will likely point to the fact that Wake Forest head coach Danny Manning was fired this offseason, but he entered the transfer portal before Manning was fired.
