Five-star wing Harrison Ingram committed to Stanford on Friday afternoon. While it stings for Juwan Howard to miss out on an opportunity to add a five-star wing to his class, Stanford had been the favorite in Ingram’s recruitment for months, predating Howard’s initial offer this summer.
Even with Ingram off the board, Michigan has an impressive 2021 class with Frankie Collins, Kobe Bufkin, Isaiah Barnes and Will Tschetter in the fold. With the early signing period under two months away and the recruiting dead period extended until 2021, here’s where Michigan should focus its efforts in the coming weeks and months.
