Tony Natoci is back this year to provide bracket updates as needed as we lead up to the NCAA Tournament. Natoci, who correctly predicted Michigan’s seed and first round opponent in last year’s NCAA Tournament, publishes his own bracket at Heartbreak City and will outline where Michigan stands in current bracketology models, both in his own bracket and notable national brackets, along with updates and insights about the process, key bubble games to watch, and more.
I’m staring at the screen, trying to come up with a hook for this column, and I keep coming back to the number three. First is Hunter Dickinson’s three-pointer, of course (I probably watched that closer to 33 times by now). Next is the current three-game winning streak that’s given Michigan’s season a newfound postseason purpose, and the upcoming stretch of three games that will define the season. My latest bracket projections are top of mind, too, where Michigan checks in as the third team out of the current field of 68.
I could go on, but let’s be honest: If you’re reading this, the only hook you should need is the one that your calendar hangs from on the wall of your house. Because it’s March tomorrow, and it’s all there for the taking.
