Mid-January thoughts on the Big Ten

We last checked in on the Big Ten around Christmas and the last few weeks have provided some clarity to an entirely confusing conference. The league appears to have contenders at the top of the pile, but sorting through the 5th through 13th task remains a fools’ errand.

Here are some thoughts and observations on the best conference in the country at roughly the quarter-way point of the league schedule.
