During Michigan’s run through the Big Ten Tournament, Charles Matthews notably stepped back into a lower usage role and improved his efficiency.
Matthews is leading Michigan in scoring (16.5) and rebounding (7.3) in the NCAA Tournament. He’s been playing incredibly sound basketball on both ends of the floor while increasing his usage back toward its early season levels.
