The Champions Classic might have opened the season last week, but college hoops fans will get an actual rematch of the 2018 National Championship on Wednesday evening (6:30 p.m., FS1).
The two teams last met on April 3rd in front of 67,831 fans in San Antonio, but Wednesday night’s rematch will be more intimate and partisan. The Finneran Pavilion holds just 6,501 fans roughly 10 miles outside of Philadelphia and they’ll all be wearing Villanova blue.
The action on the court will also look very different as both teams lose three starters each and a combined 75% of the scoring from the title bout.
